You are lucky if you can get cable internet into your office building. I can't here. But Covad is installing SDSL in my town, but they just slipped their delivery date by 6 months due to Bell Atlantic.

When the Covad service is up, we'll have SDSL at 512 kbps for $400/mo. Sure beats our current 256 kbps leased line connection which costs $990/mo.

G-lite and SDSL are completely different technologies. SDSL is compatible with existing infrastructure, while ADSL/ADSL.lite need to be qualified on a line by line basis to ascertain compatibility.
