Anybody else looking at Level II on this? Some interesting things I'm not sure how to interpret:

LOTS of big blocks going thru. Some at bid, some at ask. not many trades under 1000, which to me says someone other than the little guy is buying here.
Volume over double average, still less than 2 days ago when stock was rising.
Right now the b/a is 1 x 191, 3 31/32 x 4. When buys go thru, neither the bid nor the ask size go down, in fact the ask size has been going up in the last few minutes.

Are these MM games, or something else? Usually when you see ask size overwhelm bid size, the price will drop. But the trades are going thru so slowly, I'm wondering if this is manipulation rather than genuine supply and demand.

Thanks.

Prevue

( BW)(ACTV/PREVUE-NETWORKS)(IATV) ACTV &
Prevue Networks to Demonstrate Integrated Digital
Capabilities at the Western Show

Business/Technology Editors
Western Cable Show

ANAHEIM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 1998--

ACTV's Proprietary Digital Programming Technology
to Team With Prevue Interactive

ACTV, Inc. (NASDAQ:IATV) and Prevue Networks, Inc. today
announced that ACTV's proprietary "Individualized Television" digital
programming capabilities will be demonstrated at The Western Show in
Anaheim, CA in the same set-top box as Prevue Interactive (soon to be
re-named TV Guide(R) Interactive), the leading interactive program guide
for digital cable television.
Both applications, running simultaneously on a General Instrument
DCT-1000 digital set-top in an integrated fashion, will be shown at Prevue
Networks' Western Show Booth No. 4244 and ACTV's Booth No. 3262,
Hall C, December 2-4.
Prevue Networks will show a prototype of its new digital guide in General
Instrument Corporation's DCT-5000 digital set-top boxes. ACTV is one of
a select group of leading digital services integrated with the Prevue
Interactive digital guide. ACTV's digital programming capabilities will be
compatible and available with future versions of Prevue Interactive. Prevue
Interactive is the industry's leading interactive program guide, reaching more
than one million homes on 800 systems. The company anticipates reaching
four-and-a-half million to five million subscribers by the end of 1999.
ACTV uses patented software technologies to create "Individualized
Television," which takes traditional television programming into the digital
age. ACTV allows viewers to switch seamlessly between multiple feeds of
video, audio and data in real time. Using a standard digital set-top box and
remote control, a viewer can switch between the regular programming feed
and a multitude of personal options and features. The proprietary software
remembers viewer commands and responses to on-screen prompts,
enabling the television to "talk back" to an unlimited number of viewers with
individually-tailored television programming and advertising content.
Through a previously announced agreement, ACTV's software is
integrated in all General Instruments (GI) digital set-top boxes currently in
the marketplace, and will be included in all future generations of GI's digital
set-tops. No additional hardware is required in consumer homes to receive
ACTV-enhanced programming and advertising.
"Individualized Television" can enhance a variety of television genres,
including sporting events, news, game shows, children's programming, and
advertising. ACTV plans to launch enhanced regional digital cable networks
across the country under the FOX Sports Net Plus brand name, and
expects to offer other marquee digital programming via a joint venture with
Liberty Media Corporation.
Based in New York, ACTV uses patented software technologies to
create state-of-the-art programming for the rapidly emerging digital cable
television and Internet platforms. The company has relationships with major
players in cable and television, and the leaders in digital technology,
including: Liberty Media Corporation (NASDAQ: LBTYA, LBTYB);
General Instrument Corporation (NYSE:GIC); FOX Sports Net;
Tele-Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCOMA); Cablevision's
(AMEX:CVC) Rainbow Sports; The Washington Post Company (NYSE:
WPO); and The Sarnoff Corporation. ACTV Entertainment and ACTV Net
are subsidiaries of ACTV, Inc. ACTV Entertainment and Liberty Media
formed a joint venture, LMC/IATV Events, earlier this year. ACTV's Web
site can be found at actv.com.
Prevue Networks reaches more than 58.1 million households in the
United States and internationally with one or more of its portfolio of program
guided, barker and online services. Prevue Networks is a wholly owned
subsidiary of United Video Satellite Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: UVSGA). See
