J.oil, before I made my last post, I read that news release about sales projections and how JAWZ will start competing against E & Y and others for security consulting dollars.

I don't mine that you disagree with me about there are going to be 50.1 million shares outstanding in the near future as compared to 8.7 million today and that that will dilute shareholders value. However, I would appreciate knowing why you think I am out to lunch?

Why does JAWZ think that it can only get 1% of the market? How does JAWZ know that it will not get less than .5%? Why should you and I make investment decision based on projections from a company that has yet to report revenue over $1,938.00.

At least I am glad that JAWZ is not wasting shareholders' money by paying some investment relations firm to publish these projections.

Having written all of that, I am still excited about JAWZ's future.

Why did you say Walter is "out to lunch"? Is it because he is concerned about shareholder dilution?
