Apratim, you said I wish DELL had a DRIP.

I thought I demonstrated to your satisfaction that a share buy-back program was in fact a tax-advantaged DRIP. When Dell uses excess cash to repurchase shares the amount of money used to buy shares represents a dividend (albeit tax deferred and converted from ordinary income to capital gains).
