I haven't had caffeine in a year and a half, it makes make heart go boom, ba booooom, boom, bom, boooooooommmmmm, etc.... Caffeine gives me an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) and I completely gave it up. I'm always this way naturally. I can't help it it's genetic.
