After speaking with Casey and hearing his ideas on capturing the technological breakthroughs from the various scientist working at Microvision I have great confidence in his ability to produce strong fences around this emerging technology
He is quite experienced at his work so we need not worry too much about the patent area. They have 11 patents issued, 1 allowed, and 23 pending. They plan to file approximately 50 per year.
