(OTC Bulletin Board: GTCI) today announced Bernie C. Till, M.SC., has joined the company's Technology Advisory Board. Mr. Till specializes in strategic planning, financial modeling and risk analysis. Since 1985, he has been principal of B.C. Till & Associates Ltd./Viacor Technologies Inc. Vancouver, British Columbia, a firm specializing in university/industry technology transfer, contract research and development, strategic business planning, technical design, project management, negotiations with customers, suppliers, financiers, industrial partners and funding agencies.
