I think the board has only authorized a total of 60M shares, don't see a 3 for 1 in the offing.

Also, as conservative as the Rambus folks are, I'll bet we won't see a split until Intel and others really start shipping some systems with "Rambus Inside" (hi, uncle). Which will be soon, hopefully.
