Here are my thoughts:

1) It doesn't matter what the CEO did before as long as he was successful. The problem is that the phrase tying him to a pornographic distributor makes him sound sleazy and/or less high-brow.

2) The tidbit about the auto scam goes more to the point of the honorability of the people chosen for management. It, by itself, is hardly enough to make me sell.

3) The revision of 4 SEC documents is somewhat troubling since it shows that management *had* to revise them because they left out pertinent information, that just happened to be bad. We all know why they had problems (laserdisc, bad customers, etc), but they didn't tell anyone they were non-compliant with debt agreements and had to get a waiver.

So basically, the article says nothing about the potential of Image or its actual fundaments, but it raises a red flag about management. If I'm a long-term investor, it doesn't change anything. However since I've been accumulating, I thought it prudent to reduce my position.
