If ANET can hit $13.5 I would consider it a fait accompli that an acquisition is imminent. TT resistance at $13.00, but it did pop through the BRL.

The question that one would have to ask is "is it worth $130M, just to say you have a V-FRAD, without ever expecting a ROI?".

Maybe.....

Hopefully BK can get a little bonus. BTW, do you know where he landed?

Apparently the move in ANET is an earnings play (they are supposed to surprise on the upside). Again look for a move to $13.5 to confirm any further strength. Otherwise I don't think that an earnings play is enough to sustain these numbers.
