Winstar Communications (WCII) 29 +2 5/8: shares of telecommunications services provider are trading higher on rumors that company is in play and that a deal could be announced soon; while similar rumors have surfaced in the past, some reliable sources suspect that something might be up this time around..... PS Don't you just hate it when people say "It's different this time"? PPS It looks like the buyers of the Dec 30 calls the last couple days may be selling them today. Looks shakey to me. PPS Kingpin, where the heck you been?
