Robert, I dont wish to disappoint you but I think you will NEVER be a shareholder of PNLK if you are hoping for $1. As for the float, why do you belive Hannah when he tells you 100 million and you doubt all the honest posters who tell you the right figure 42 million. To resume the facts : the total outstanding is 42 million and the float is 15 million ( out of the 42). As for the stock price, it will never be at $1 again. ( I will buy all the remaining float if it goes to $1) Have a nice day, Regards Malko
