I am a shareholder. I also manage Fifth Avenue Communications which in the past represented GMCH (we still list the co. on our web site at: o-c-s.com Hopefully James Tilton, the new president, will engage our firm to represent them again. More than 1,000 shareholders are currently stuck. All initially paid 10-cents, 20-cents or 30-cents for their shares in offerings by the co. Stock traded as high as 5/8 a year ago, then in the 30-cent range for months before it began its slide downwards.
