And you sound very much like Bill, Neukom, or the Microsoft flack of the day. We'll see how the case plays out. As ever, it's all entertainment to me.

Microsoft issued a statement today defending Gates's responses and criticizing the Government for playing the video of the deposition.

"Gates's performance reflects his adherence to the instructions lawyers routinely give their clients who are being deposed," it said.

Hi Reginald,
What we need is for the government to drop its case and for the copyright/patent laws to be rolled back. Only then will we see a "free market" and whether MSFT can compete in it.
