Well here is how I break it down: 1) "president was in pornography enterprise" ... so? If DISK gets exclusives on major art works like Playboy it's worth a lot of money :) 2) "close friend and number 3 man torches car in business parking lot to defraud insurance" ... not good indication of quality of management he picks. But that was a long time ago. 3) "not forthcoming with financial problems"... this is the biggest issue IMHO. 4) "warehouse completion (the big carrot) keeps being pushed out"... to be expected I think. If it gets pushed back beyond this month, though, things could get rough. 5) "locaion of warehouse in las vegas"... could be worse. It could be in Berkeley. 6) "add this all up and you smell scam"... except DISK was making some good money with laserdiscs before threat of DVD began killing it and retailers pulled them from shelves. I'd be concerned if the management was so inept to not make money during the good times. They have been in transition. I'm continuing to hold a smaller position because of the upside potential.
