You have to watch IOM which is a tricky situation. That bounce was
due to the chapter-11 of that other storage company. IOM will most
likely re-test that bottom after this sideways motion. They have much
to prove and there are other players out there with super disk storage
disk. IOM one trick pony may be doomed in the long run.

So, let the trend be your friend and lock in some big CC premies and
try to buy cheap PUTs for downside protection. It looks like slow
death for IOM. Check out that downward right slope on the RSI and the
upper/lower BBs coming closer together! It usually means a spurt up or
down. I would bet downward since few stocks ever hit rock bottom
like IOM did and not re-test that 52-week low! Keep in mind all those
poor souls $8.00 to $16.00 waiting to dump IOM at the first chance.
IOM will next to reinvent superglue or something like a 10 gig. zip drive
to get back the lost business. CD-ROM recorders render zip drives as
expensive relics.

NYSE: (IOM : $7 5/16) $1,900 million Market Cap at December 3, 1998
