But Reggie, the Netscape acquisition is a pure stock deal. Do you think AOL is fairly valued? Personally, I got my doubts. It's sure handy for AOL that Netscape was around to get Bill to put a bullet through MSN's head, though.

I guess this explains why MSFT isn't at 300 a share...
