I've been meaning to do this for a while and finally did it - renewed my expired subscription to Investors Intelligence "Technical Indicators".

I want it both for the sentiment numbers and for the P&F Sector Charts. I have an account at Rydex and am looking at trading their sector funds using an input from Investors Intelligence, among others.

Anyway, I just called and they gave me Bullish % 56.9 (down from 57.9 last week) and Bearish % 31.0 (up from 29.8 last week). Also, NYSE Bullish % is 59.6 - they commented that the high has been 60.8 (no comment as to what time frame). Also, Money Flow just went on a "Sell".

What do these numbers mean? My interpretation is that we're in a high-risk area for owning stocks. In general, and this may be redundant, If I were invested, I would keep my finger on the "hair trigger".....

Please keep in mind that my system is more based on TIME than price movement. Per rough calculations, since my charts are down, we got that CLASS 1 BUY SIGNAL with the BUY-IN point at tomorrows lows, but could start as early as today.

To get that CLASS 1 SIGNAL, based on current parameters, the DOW only had to drop about 15 points below yesterdays lows. That is not the case all the time.

Cant go into more detail since I have to leave.
