A long time ago, I vowed never again to tell people what to do with their money but now I have SINned inadvertantly. I will go back to "scenario" mode....or "tell it as I see it" mode. Sorry. Please make your own informed decisions on this stock.

Long-haul investors do not need to feel pressure in buying this stock now or later. This stock represents a good value. My prediction of an upswing is for short-term plays only, as the stock can easily reverse course.

Many will see a similarity between the chart now and in July 98. The stock in that case proceeded to go down further. The difference between then and now is that there is much more institutional interest in this stock as witnessed by the huge volumes and dramatic increase in the OBV. Like being towed by the QEII.

We will see.
