In order for MLM to be legal, they have to prove that their is a product or REAL service being sold, and that the enphasis is on selling the product not on selling distributerships.

All I see here is what appears to be an attempt to pool money.

I doubt that fair$hare is a licenced broker or even allowed to do any of this.

I'll pass the website on to a friend at the FTC.

Looks like a fine line between mlm and ponzi here.

They are saying the monthly fees pay for the service, but they'll have to prove that people would be willing to pay for the service , even if the mlm opportunity wasn't there, like MCI or Sprint.

I predict a rapid failure to the program.
