I think we ought to see if Rick Harmon is interested in getting nominated to the Board, too.

Clearly, those who are already in control of CIST have no concern for us lowly shareholders!

Actually, I think we shareholders should take control of the company and transform it into some Internet/E-commerce related company! At least then we may see some stock action once in awhile. Anything but what we have now!

IMMUNEX just cracked $100 a share. If Cistron shareholders would have received IMNX stock instead of cash Cistron shareholder value would have been "ENHANCED" 8 times! This is the multiple that IMNX's stock has increased since the settlement in Oct. 96.

Since the BOD at Cistron awarded one of the managers a $100,000 bonus for the PMC deal. Will they fine him $100,000 for not taking IMNX stock instead of that pathetic cash?

Shareholders could have received roughly 2 million shares of IMNX stock at the time. Cistron could have sold those shares today for a profit of $134 million! Which is equivalant to a gain of almost $6 a share...
