Jim - I choose an interesting day to exit for a while, right before a nice run up. I was put into a cautionary mode by the weakness of the overall market. However, the SOX has continued to be strong sending a conflicting signal.

The technicals for Neo still seem very bullish, here. It retreats somewhat on low volume but springs right back on high volume. It suggests institutional accumulation to me. They accumulate aggressively for a few days, then sit on the side lines and let the price drift lower before jumping back in. In this way they can build up a large position without blowing the price up too much.

All we need is some catalyst to force this stock to jump to the next higher trading range. The market breaking out of it's short term down trend would probably do it. I hope to re-enter before that moment comes.

So much for my feeble shots at short term trading.
