Mark, For a long time I was certainly one of those leading the charge for the hope of J/L pulling the Phoenix out of the flames for Naxos. It was only after some time of little or no significant progress by J/L and the last months of things seeming to come to a standstill that my hope relied more in Naxos keeping the doors open to ANYONE who could unlock the key to FL. Getting too tied into J/L was turning into more of a hindrance than a help. My assumption is that if Naxos was willing to let J/L move over to another group, it must have been for better opportunities with one of the new groups working with the ore. And if J/L was actually in the way of letting Naxos deal freely with other groups or new opportunities, then I agree that it is better they move on. The last word on this will still be numbers. What I really want to see is Naxos moving on to recovery on COC ore. That is what the industry will need to see in order to remove the "dark cloud" as you point out. Recovery leaves much less to question. And if they can come up with a recovery process that works on bulk, and they can get bulk sampling running, then all doubt will be removed and this will be on its way. But first, before I go too far down that road, we need to see just what Naxos HAS accomplished. That is the starting point. Things have been awful quiet for the last few months less the announcements regarding Bob Gardner, Sid and JJ. Let's hope this has been a very large pot waiting to boil and the lid is about to blow off! (Hey, it's OK to dream ya know! After all, we are heading into the season of miracles) Regards, Tom F.
