Chuzz, Even though my Degree is in Finance, you guys are technically too bright for me. My background is Salvage and Catastrophe Restoration. Anything I have learned is through Practical Application from handling deals in the hundreds of millions of dollars on a hand shake and psychology. Trust me, I know what SANDBAGGING and MANIPULATION is. Been there, Done that. all over the world as a matter of fact. Got my greatest education on several trips to Tel-Aviv. Now those people know how to deal and make money. I have a lot of respect for their acumen. Just two deals my firm handled, were the MGM fire in 1980 and cleaned up the World Trade Center after the explosion. All I can tell you is, I can spot a MAKE a mile away. Still, I enjoy the stimulation. A little more formal than I am use to but very constructive. regards, Voltaire
