To all,

The same guys that are behind LCSG OTC:BB(LCS GOLF),which has been soaring (defying the laws of gravity), are getting behind GNEN in a very big way..They started LCS at 5c and the stock has soared to over a $1.50 a share on tremendous volume...I wouldn't be surprised to see GNEN over a $1.00 in the short/med term. I hear GNEN could be another KTEL RECORDS in the making...

This is NOT a buy recommendation of the shares of GNEN..Please do not invest more money than you can afford to lose.

I am long the shares of GNEN and will sell some or all of my holdings without notice.

Good luck,

Mr Metals

Here's a company (LIKE GNEN) that I remember at 15c a year or so ago..They've come a long way and now have a market cap of $CDN 50,000,000...I think GNEN has a much brighter future...

Modern Records Inc -
Negotiations with The Jacksons for a new album
Modern Records Inc MZR
Shares issued 19,680,000 1998-12-08 close $2.47
Wednesday Dec 9 1998

Mr. Randy Jackson reports
In reference to news in Stockwatch Nov. 16, 1998, the company is in the process of negotiating for a project that would include the recording of an album by Modern Records president Randy Jackson, and his brothers, also known as The Jacksons.
Although the deal is still under negotiations, Modern Records is in the process of making financial arrangements as referred to in the Nov. 16 news release. In addition, the company has agreed in principle to a private placement of subordinated notes for up to $3.5-million (U.S.) at a conversion price of $2.00 (U.S.). The notes will bear 5 per cent interest and will mature on Nov. 15, 2003. The company has the right after Nov. 15, 1999 to require the conversion of the notes if the common stock trades for 20 or 30 consecutive trading days at a price equal or greater than $3.00 (U.S.) and the underlying common stock issuable upon conversion of the notes can be publicly sold. The completion of the private placement is subject to definitive documentation with respect to the private placement, regulatory approval and the company finalizing an agreement with the Jacksons. A finder's fee of up to 5 per cent of the net proceeds will be paid from the private placement.
