Ed, just remember that just because you install the card, not everything is guaranteed to work.

I don't know the specs on the card, so I may be talking out of turn, but most of these cards correct the date retrieved from your BIOS and pass it to your Operating System (Windows 3.1, Win95, whatever you are using).

Your O/S (as well as software you use, such as the data base you're storing your historical stock prices in) must be Y2K compliant as well. That is, given a "corrected" date in the year 2000, the O/S and the program still have to be able to use it correctly.
