The new site will be announce in the next day or so. That is part of my reasoning for a higher price. If the insiders bail (which I don't believe for a second that they are) I would sell and be gone.

Pancho, I must admit your post blew me away. I am selling a little stock today because of you belief that insiders sold the 40k. If you turn out to be correct I will sell rest of my position and maybe even short it. I was burned once I don't want to be burned again. I will not post anymore until we know. Still Long but a little worried.
