I hope I am wrong, but I think AMAT might continue lower. Brazil is big b/c they might not now get the IMF money, leading to renewed devaluation pressure, which would in turn sink lots of U.S. banks. I think in a way Brian and Ramsey are BOTH correct. The fundamentals in the semi's and semi equip's are looking better, but a sinking tide carries all boats out to sea.

There are lots of macro red lights flashing in the world right now, and these could, at least in the near-term, impede the recent impressive advance in the sector.
