THAT usually is the case with these online newsletters and promoters because nobody else will do it.

Makes you kind of wonder if those "contracts" everyone here is waiting for are actually contracts for promos like from Wall Street West:-)

So, you have to ask yourself....self, why doesnt DGIV's own PR dept. promote the company??

Look close. DGIV is NOT listed in that disclaimer. That was the first thing I looked at. Nope. Maybe someday, but not today.
