Though Yamner rarely disappoints, Irby promised to not bash us too bad<<<GGGGG>>>/ just kidding.... actually, everyone goofs up from occassion to occassion..noone is perfect...its whether you bullsh*t the client and say nothing done or say, "look, you're right, we goofed, but its not clear if we could have gotten it off, how about we do it for an 1/8th less", or how about, "we goofed, your filled, please accept our apologies, we'll make sure it doesnt happen again"...how many times have you heard some firm say that! cows fly first.... irby, you'll have to excuse me if I dont join in the new thread too often...while i have no pity on my fellow firms' goof ups and am amashed by association, though we clearly hold ourselves to better standards, I dont want to burn any bridges...i do do business with many of them. regards, Steve@yamner.com
