She gets paid pretty good. $300, up front with between 10 and 20% of the selling price (when they use her name on the product). If (and I doubt it) GKI survives and sells software under Shelly's name, she will end up with a much better deal than GKI shareholders. Handling this stock is like poisen ivy. From reading the Yahoo thread a lot of people have gotten suckered by this one. Miss Duvall is a paid hypster and she should know it. The Compaq guy (the lawyer) trigered the mass resignations not too long after he came on board. Given their background from a credible public company I'm sure they got scared shitless when they realized what they had gotten themselves into.
