To All: I am usually always just lurking but own some FNTN and have two questions:

1. Is this proposed increase in shares about the same thing as a reverse split. 1 for 2.

2. I understand the response from an E-Mail from FNTN was that their shares are diluting also so they are in the same boat as all the rest of the stock holders. My question is: After dilution It seems they can get enough shares back as bonuses that they didn't really lose anything after all. Is this true?

P.S. I just got my proxy statement today with paid envelope from Ameritrade.
