In regard to stock price I'm guessing that the letter won't really do anything.
The run up was due to hype, the letter won't bring that back.

Oh by chance does anyone know what the pre-open bid price was before the CNBC interview? Just kind of curious how much effect it really had.

Dave

Kevin,

I almost called this "off topic" because it actually dealt with the company's technology:

Just got off the phone with Wavetop tech support - when hooking up the signal source to the tuner card (cable or antenna), it's important to use as few splitters as possible. Even if the PBS video is fine, the VBI data is more sensitive. I've got a DSS/Cable hybrid arrangement in my house, and with all the splitters it reduced the VBI data to a marginal level - the simpler my setup, the better Wavetop works!

Hopefully PC manufacturers can just ship product with a TV tuner card like they do a printer port, it would make it that much easier for people to just start using Wavetop and WebTV for Windows.

For people like myself that don't daytrade, seeing a stock go to extremes in one trading session is disturbing when it is not accompanied by solid news - it puts the focus on the stock and not the company. I would hope that sanity prevails now, I think the price has fallen back to a much more limited trading range.
