From what I can tell, it IS a game. Assuming you consider gambling a game. They're registered in Dominica, which according to the site is the only location that currently allows internet gambling, and then only if it passes strict rules (yeah, right). Just click on "PLAY", follow the path for "new users", and you'll be led down the path to wealth beyond your wildest dreams. For an initial investment, of course. I spent a few minutes browsing through the site when it was first brought up. Interesting concept. It appears "legal" at first glance. As to its morality ... well, I won't touch that issue. TED
