I have no new information. It sounds like improvement in process technology. Come to think about it, it is positive in the sense that RMBS will be able to pack more MBytes on a RIMM slot to match server requirements.

Let's see, that's 8+ chips on a RIMM 1Gb each that is 1GBytes. Let's say 4 slots that give you 4GBytes. Maybe enough for a Midend server. :)
