Then why don't they do exactly that. For instance, we would agree that GE, PFE,T, KO are probably less volatile than say MU, RMBS, and AMAT right? In this situation, using GE or T as collateral, you should be able to borrow more, right? But you can not, and this is precisely my point.

There is no system to do this currently. It sounds good, but it is not reality. I have thought my position out and believe in a more free market environment than some (I know, no market is totally free, there is always some sort of regulation, but the less of it the better.)

We shall continue I am sure...
