The interactive feature is very very big ..... especially for this type business. As many are aware, flights can be priced several hundred dollars apart for the same itinerary based on day of week or time of day and other factors. Suppose you wanted to book a flight to London and were quoted $1500 (a sample price to prove point). The price would already be the best available (cause IFLY's GOT THAT =)) ...... but suppose the agent jumped in and asks you if you can fly one day earlier or later and you say "yes". The agent then quotes price of $1100 just because you are flying out on a different day. CAN ANY OTHER ONLINE TRAVEL AGENT DO THIS ???????? Imagine your delight if you were this customer .......... how many other people would you tell about this ????????

Just thought I'd paint a picture for everyone on the tremendous possibilities here.
