Interesting. I was told that Island limit orders were not available for execution until after 9:25 am. Of course, whenever I've tried to do limit orders in the 5 minutes before market opening, there's never been a fill. I have been filled after 4 pm, which is a good thing.

It has happened to me a couple of times at Datek. Sometimes I got
a better price and at other times it was worse. I did not bother
asking for a refund when it was bad. If you do ask for a refund,
can you post your experience.
