Well that was certainly not ACRT buying shares back there's no way ACRT or any other co. would execute a share buyback in a panic like bout of trading while chasing the price up. This is clearly the START of a rush to cover the huge short position out there Todays run (20 MIN) came as the NASDAQ fell 30+ points & the DOW fell 110 The trading was in TOTAL DISREGARD for market conditions The frenzied trading running the price up 4 + points in 15 MIN was of the "buy as fast as you can regardless of the price" type that is triggered by the start of a CLASSIC short squeeze or some other factor such as HUGE news or a BUYOUT Huge news = $25 BUYOUT = $22 (guess) Net TAD = $25+ Either of these inconjunction with covering 1.6 MM shares short $50+ could happen REAL FAST We will see tomorrow or Monday, who knows maybe ACRT has a 3 page article in BARRONS this weekend touting it as the most innovative financing co. today DCDEAN
