Please be advised of the following:

Peter Michaels showed up to testify on behalf of World Wide Web Casinos,Inc. at 11:00 a.m. this morning. He was duly sworn by the court reporter, but then
refused to answer any questions, purportedly on the grounds that he believes
plaintiffs' counsel has a "conflict of interest." A motion to compel will be filed
with the Court early next week. During the deposition, Michaels was personally
served with a copy of a motion for sanctions and a finding of contempt for disobedience of the Court's prior order directing that documents be produced on or before November 30, 1998. That motion is scheduled to be heard by the Court on January 8, 1999.
