Agreed...on everything you say. The only thing I will add is I kinda half expected it last night, but when we ran up this morning and ran out of gas at 1 million shares...I knew the technicals would take hold, and was mentally prepared to take the loss. Chin up as they say, go down with the ship...but it is frustrating.

But as I've said before, this thing will come upon them, not us like a thief in the night. Because to me CheckFree is such a complex company to follow...they are in the background wherever they go. It's not obvious what they are doing, like, firing up your browser and hitting your home page to Yahoo!...and saying I'm gonna buy me some of that stock, not at all. Sometimes you can't even see Checkfree even if you are looking right at it...in a press release. How many times have we seen what we thought to be a competitor come up with something, only to dig a little deeper and find out Rodney was powering the sucker? Not everytime...but quite often.

E-bill if what is being said by many is true, it's going to be LARGE.

I like to invest in large things which are hard to comprehend by blow joe, it ain't cut & dry, plain & simple...your suffering for foresight, is paid off in spades and = all the total of all hindsight of everybody who missed the boat.

If you look back at the Orcale, Bell & Howell & EDS agreements..one thing resonates from their lips, not mine. CheckFree is the leader in this market...if three Blue Chip Companies see this, and say this in the press in public, then they are as wrong as I am.

Internet is peculiar in one respect...It will be here 100 years from now, I'm not sure about paper.

SUMMARY....it will either be worth a fortune or worthless.

>>>The only two things that will move this stock for an extended period are major increases in subscriber growth or an acceleration in earnings.

You mean subscriber growth will accelerate earnings...RIGHT?

infoseek.com

The number of subscribers has been rapidly increasing over the last few months, growing in excess of 2,000 consumers per day. As of November 30, the subscriber count surpassed 747,000, an increase of 64,000 from October.

That's about 10% a month now isn't it? We're gonna get that next year as people go on line with their Banks first now, and begin to do more things with their accounts...like pay bills...like e-tail doubling or tripling this Christmas season...

CheckFree has a history of trading 100 times next years earnings, if the paridigm shift keeps coming we'll finish 1999 in the 50's, screw the analysts.
