Unless the announcements regarding "design-ins" and "design wins" are just a bunch of overinflated hooey, the second half of 99 should begin a very rapid ramp in revenues and profits that should kept going for quite a while...

I totally agree with you comment about "getting the word out" but I honestly believe that the "F" in Spectrum's ticker symbol is a big reason as to why the company has not been able to attract more investors and analysts. Lots of people are very shy and tentative about investing in Canadian companies despite the potential. People feel that the markets arent regulated and we can see that Spectrum recent decision to report earnings in US funds is a signal that they are aware of this problem. Another company that I follow that is based in Quebec, Biochem Pharma changed its ticker symbol to BCHE from a ticker that ended in "F". They didnt move but they changed the ticker. Why they did this, I cant give a definate answer but I believe it has to do with investor confidence. Someone that has contact with the Spectrum should talk to the necessary individuals and investigate changing the ticker symbol.
