The reality is that if they have disappeared, there is nothing for us to recover in a shareholder suit. I believed in these guys too and hope they have not fled the country. I suspect if they could not pay their phone bills, rent would be out of the question. Regards, Jeff

Please remember, there are many parties to this (what appears to be)scam. Brokers, PAID touts, company officers, discussion group hypsters, all could be grossly negligent in a civil action. At the minimum, emough action by this thread could possibly catch the eye of a congressman---particularly here in Texas. Most are asking for communications of facts regarding the company. I dearly hope that everyone on the thread will begin discussing this issue and arrive at a common strategy.
