I am from Mainland China myself. I am not positive Chinese government will allow a casino in its territory. HK is OK, Macau is OK,
but not the main territory. If ggnc's deal is for real, then it's gonna be
a erra-breaking news that will appear on headline of every international media. That's why I don't believe this will be true. They
didn't lie, they probably did sign a letter of intent. But I don't think Chinese government will approve it. Hebei province can make money from every thing possible, the last thing they will do is to build
a casino.

In conclusion I think that is not likely to happen.
