Those are very good points Brent. I disagree with your assessment that earnings are not the problem though. Richard has said that the investment community has been burned several times in the past, beginning with the Surgilase acquisition and winding up with last years Swiss private placement, and this is the reason he and I believe investors are on the sidelines with a 'show us the money' attitude.

At the first official sign of those earnings, whether it be a major Britelight sale, or an XRL sale, or even just a large increase in JMAR Semi profits adding a dime or so to the quarterly bottom line, I believe JMARs stock price will instantly be testing the options exercise price. Once that barrier gets broken who can foretell where the price will go?

As to the lack of proper PR. Don't forget that a new PR firm has just come on line about 3 months ago. I think we have seen a great improvement in press releases and other PR since that time.
