Brian,

My interpretation is that rAmSEy is predicting lower lows and lower highs. The problem is we just had higher highs in the major index's.

I guess if we are all real patient, we will see what transpires over the next few years. The truth will out in the end.

A SOX run from ~185 to 350 in three months is a downward bias?!?!
