Well it seems that while there are some unfortunate statements, his points have a certain amount of resonance. Speaking to the facts, I think it is important to set the record straight with regard to the claims made about Danny Dror. Namely that it is not likely that Danny Dror works in a basement. These just aren't that common in the Houston/Galveston area. Neither his home on North Ave in Houston, nor the house at Hanson Road in Kemah show any basements. I trust your lurking poster will be more factual in the future.

I do agree about Joe Gort,that he did nothing for EDII to deserve 700,000 shares for free. He was just answering the phone,and the worst is by telling me and other shareholders to sell our shares of EDII. What a crook Joe Gort was and is,and what a PR guy he was to tell the shareholders to sell their shares of EDII. As for Danny Dror,I still think that he is a Lion,and he will do well for the company. Danny was just surrounding by a few crooks like Joe Gort. I am glad that he got rid of them.
