The parent company stock price has gone from 13 in Oct to 34 today. This would tell me that the IPO of Ticketmaster was built into the price of the parent company share price today.

I say we will see Ticketmaster share price drop more, and USAI will drop at a lesser rate. 1 : 4 .

Check what MALL has done since the announcement of an IPO for UBID.

The biggest thing working against this IPO right now is deteriorating market conditions. Who knows what Brazil might bring, but it could really spell trpuble here. Doubt they can postpone the IPO again. It will kill their credibility. Stock should be about done now with it's selloff. Shook out all the small players and traders.
