I think they'll put off the UBID IPO for now.

MALL - UBID IPO is Friday. Priced from $13 to $14 now is $15. UBID only has 1.58 million shares to offer. 70% allocated to Institutional investors. Many MALL shareholders tried to get UBID IPO shares from their brokers and only one person I heard (from MALL Yahoo msg board) got 100 shares (he asked 1000 shares). The rest got an e-mail "Allocation is not available." Looks like UBID will be HOT!

MALL owns 82% of UBID. And MALL shareholders will get UBID shares 6 months after the IPO (one MALL shares will get .73 shares of UBID). So, MALL's price will go up and down with UBID's tomorrow morning.

Check it out !
