Can't be CS galaxy that you're talking about! I don't think Benson has the brains to recommend an acceptance of $18... Unfortunately, I hate to see this company go the same fate as APM under CEO Crisman (as you may recall, he tried to buyout RDRT!!! while blind sighted by his own gonads/ego, or whatever...so it appeared!). Now Benson faces the same challenge -- to turn this company around or loose total face! and the company! NO excuse for 'pricing pressures'...you compensate by cutting UNNECESSARY overhead costs! And there is certainly a lot of waste and redundancy currently in the company due to the various DEC and other company acquisitions...simply piss poor management! (IMHO) FNS
